bettors in the US have been “breaking the law” at worst, and

We ask “what is legal”? “What is overlooked”? “What is enforced,
and by whom”? Let’s face it; No one can tell us what Gambling is! A
Judge in Pennsylvania recently ruled that Poker is NOT gambling
because it takes skill. He cited the mountains of “How-To Books” on

This is the muddiest subject before the players and the legislators
