How can anyone be such a blatant hypocrite? How can anyone – especially an elected official be so obviously selfish? How can Massachusetts’ Governor want to put online gamblers in Jail – while trying desperately to get three new casinos in his state?

Oh, I guess I answered my own question, didn’t I?

Once again, “Show Me The Money”, and I’ll show you a crooked politician!

But this really stinks… this kind of thievery is usually hard to find, and is unearthed after the fact…. but, NOOOOOOO… this time we have a chance to stop this BEFORE it happens.

This (with ALL due respect) JERK – wants to help the in-state casinos make money (and I wonder why???? – is it for the state? or for him?) BUT, he wants to imprison anyone caught playing poker online. Now just why would he want to do that????? hmmmmm?

Oh, I don’t know….. SATAN? Yep, you could swear you hear “The Church Lady” saying that ONLINE gambling is a sin…

But, the Gov’nr thinks it’s a CRIME!

If he really believed that, then fine, let the local voters at him!!! They can throw him out!

But this goes much further… at the same time he’s labeling ONLINE poker playing as a crime, he’s trying to get three new Casinos to open in his state! So, I guess he DOESN’T believe that gambling is a crime…

ONLY if you don’t do it in HIS HOUSE!

Do it anywhere else, and he’ll throw you in jail!!!!

What a hypocrite, what a selfish scoundrel! What a Jerk!

C’mon you folks in Mass…. do something about this blatant, money-grabbing, selfish, hypocritical politician…

Let him know that you’re tired of him telling you WHERE you can sin, WHERE you can legally commit a crime, and WHERE you must spend your gambling bankroll!

HEY GUV… You can’t have it BOTH ways!

HYPOCRISY, part Two:

Now, it’s come to my attention that we have been hurt again by the US gov’t and it’s law against gambling online:

It seems that Microsoft, Yahoo, and Google have agreed to pay over $35 Million for having promoted online gambling “which is illegal in the US”.

Everywhere we turn huh? In addition, Microsoft has agreed to pay $9 Million to the Center for missing and exploited children.

Further – Microsoft and Yahoo have agreed to provide free advertising space for public service campaigns aimed at spreading awareness about online gambling and its legal implications under US law.

<sigh>

Why hypocrisy? I wonder just how much money those companies made placing those “illegal” ads?

To me, it’s infuriating: Don’t tell me where I cannot spend my money! And don’t tell Microsoft, Yahoo and Google what they cannot advertise! It’s MY money, and THEIR business
