My POV No Comments

Have you heard about the new WordPress Plugins that Ken Reno and Richard Wing have just released?

It’s called Commissions Automator, and it makes posts to your WordPress blog, and your Twitter account, that contain YOUR affiliate ID, so you earn instant commissions, directly to your PayPal account.

The shocker is that instead of $67, they are letting BETA users get access right now for less than $5! I know, right?

Gambling on the Horses is legal.

Horseracing Handicapping, My POV, Sports Betting 1 Comment

Wow, it seem it’s necessary to send out a reminder to everyone that what makes online gambling “illegal” in the US has exceptions.

When Bush and his Republican cronies snuck the horrible UIGEA into the “Patriot’s Bill” late one Friday night, it became a law that was to become one of the biggest mistakes (or stupid moves) in many decades. It’s been debated, argued, postponed and fought over ever since!

You know the history… you know the problems it caused… you know it’s impossible to enforce… and yet it still hangs over us.

Beating the Casinos is worth a trip to California…

Casino Gambling, Craps, Gambling Law, My POV No Comments

There is a (silly?) law in California that in essence states that an outcome cannot be determined by a roll of dice.

So, where does that put us Craps players? The answer is GREAT news!

California law says that instead of using dice in a gambling game, casinos must use either cards or a combination of cards and dice.

Without going into the math of how many cards to use, let me just say that 264 is the magic number. And for this post, I’m going to concentrate on one Casino that uses 264 cards numbering Ace (1) through six. No other cards are used.

That Casino is in San Diego (Alpine), and it’s called Viejas! http://www.viejas.com/

Now, let me tell you why the news is so good: Read the rest…

The Roulette System – Part One

My POV, Online Gambling, Roulette, Software Tools No Comments

Ah Yes… there’s nothing like real humans!

The Roulette tables were packed… so, I sat down at the Rapid Roulette game in the Venetian (where the minimum was only $5 as opposed to the tables $15 and up)… gave them $200 to get started. I had given the new Roulette System I told you about a vigorous workout in class and online before trying it for real. (Remember, I’ve always told you to stay away from roulette).

I had a class on the system earlier, and the students also went out to try it. None stayed here at the Venetian because the minimum bet was too high for the first time out. I’ll let you know how they did when I find out.

Okay – the layout at the “Rapid Roulette” game is weird – it’s Yellow and Red – not Black and Red and after your “deposit” shows up at your position, you have to touch the various dollar amounts and then touch the spot(s) on the screen representing your bet placements on the Roulette layout.

Hot Buys, Las Vegas, My POV, Sports Betting No Comments

Hot Tip Coming…

First, let me introduce you to a great meal. Last night, I went to “Treasures” in Las Vegas. Now, now… don’t  go haywire on me… Yes, it’s a strip club – but I only read the articles – LOL

If you take a severe left after entering… you’ll find yourself in a well maintained (it’s fairly new anyway), darkly lit, European atmosphere with deep chairs and high backs… pretty private!

OK – now the good part: I had what I believe to be… the second best Porterhouse I’ve ever eaten!! Read the rest…

Las Vegas Strip benefits on Baccarat

22 February 2010

By Howard Stutz

LAS VEGAS, Nevada — The two-week-long Chinese New Year celebration is in full swing on the Strip.

But to casino operators, a five-month stretch at the end of last year seemed like a giant baccarat game.

In 2009, statewide and Strip gaming revenues took their largest single-year tumble since Nevada began keeping record 55 years ago.

But without the figures from baccarat, the casino industry would have experienced an even worse decline.

On the Strip, Read the rest…

An Interesting Spin on Roulette

Casino Gambling, Las Vegas, Roulette 2 Comments

I recently found a guy that’s offering Roulette training for the rest of us. If you’re sick of systems, progressions, and table guessing… check this out:

http://www.currentpick.com/is/ATMRulet

You’ll have to excuse the poor English and the misspellings and concentrate on what he’s teaching. I believe he’s hit on the ONLY way to reduce the ridiculous house advantage that is built into Roulette.

Govt’s Reprieve for Online Gambling – Buzz B Berkeley

Casino Gambling, My POV, Online Gambling, Recreation and Sports, Sports Betting No Comments

We’re still on death row, but he Government granted a reprieve.

We were all to become criminals on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. That was the day the dreaded (and dreadful) UIGEA was to be enforced. Yep, all this time it’s only been hanging over our vulnerable heads. Starting Tuesday, Bush’s sneaky, last-minute, hidden addition to the “Patriot Act” (HAHAHA) was forced upon us. Long live Freedom…

One by one our “freedoms” get eroded…

But, now with this BETTER Administration – There I said it: BETTER Administration. By the way, I like Pres Obama, but face it; ANY Administration would be better than Bush’s… ANY!

How to perfect your poker face and attitude when playing Free Poker Games

Recreation and Sports No Comments

To be a good live poker player one must have little or no facial expressions. It isn’t as necessary when playing on a computer, but you may want to practice keeping a lifeless expression when you step away from Free Poker Games and step out into a casino.

Sitting at a table in an actual casino and trying to beat the other players can be quite challenging. Did you ever notice in the casino people wear sunglasses to cover the expression of a good hand or sheer panic of a good hand gone astray? The key to these situations is in the face – [spin/]to keep it neutral and not give anything away|to keep totally expressionless and hold composure[/spin]. The classic poker face no less.
